Tai Chi is a traditional Chinese exercise which uses a sequence of gentle and graceful movements to promote wholeness and health, which is also suitable for all ages and abilities. If you would like to participate in some gentle exercises whilst also having the opportunity to get out more and make new friends why not come along to a Tai Chi Class. Classes are held in Penarth.
