Have choice and take control
Goleudy Shared Housing Scheme operates a temporary tenancy, fixed accommodation scheme in 3 shared houses in Swansea providing housing-related support through collaboration with the Local Housing Authority to people who have not been able to access accommodation or are at risk of homelessness. The project acts as a stepping stone to more permanent accommodation. The staff work intensely with each individual when they enter the service to identify their individual needs. Once the support needs have been identified the Support worker will work with the client on devising a suitable and manageable support plan and will help them build confidence before moving them on to more independent living.
