Our Tenancy Support service plays an important part in the prevention of homelessness and aims to empower people to lead a more stable lifestyle.Our team is skilled at listening and providing emotional support to help people build confidence in coping with their circumstances and provides a programme of Service User participation and activities to aid with this. Our role is to give Service Users the time, space and support to move forward at their own pace and make the changes that matter to them.Our Tenancy Support team provide person centred support in the home and cover a wide range of issues that include:Tenancy and housing issuesBudgetingDebt managementBenefit entitlementEducation/employment/voluntary workSupport networks/relationshipsPhysical and mental health issues.ParentingSubstance misuse/alcoholCriminal justice/anti-social behaviour.
Anyone aged 18 years or over with a tenancy related support need.
