What we do

Cylch Meithrin Tre Ficer is a Welsh medium educational nursery based in Llandovery offering three year old 30 hours childcare funding provided by the Welsh Assembly Government. We are CIW and Estyn inspected and have gained our Healthy and Sustainable pre school award. We follow the regulations and policies as set out by Mudiad Meithrin. As we are now registered with Flying Start some children have the opportunity to claim 12.5 hours of free childcare. We also have a close relationship with the local primary school, as we based on their site, making transition to full time Education a smooth and happy time.

Who do we support

We provide full and sessional day care for children from two years of age to school entry. We are the providers of Flying Stsrt funding and the ten hours of free education in Llandovery area, and can provide some top up hours of care provided at the setting.

Can anyone use this service?

We welcome any child into the setting and have dedicated 1:1 support workers who have had previous experience working with children needing additional needs. We also work with many outside agencies in order to ensure every child receives the help needed.

  Our opening times and availability

We are available: term time only. Monday - Friday mornings Monday and Wednesday afternoons

We are available during the following school terms:

  • Autumn term
  • Spring term
  • Summer term

We are unable to provide wrap around care.
